How a large scale full-service vacation rental management company syncs multiple direct booking sites and customizes its Hostfully Property Management Platform

World Guests Abroad (WGA), led by co‑founder Philippe Pieri, manages three vacation‑rental brands — Paris For Rent, Paris Luxury Rentals, and Haven In — with listings across direct booking sites and channels like Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com. Growth was hampered by legacy PMS platforms that couldn’t share data across brands; WGA needed an open API and a single Property Management Platform to centrally manage bookings, rates, and listings. They selected Hostfully and its Property Management Platform (PMP) built on an open API to solve this.

Using Hostfully’s PMP and open API, WGA centralized its entire portfolio on one dashboard, built a custom direct‑booking widget, and contracted Hostfully’s development team for niche integrations (alternative property recommendations, Paris‑specific tax calculation, TinyPNG image compression, and a “minimum price” override). As a result, Hostfully enabled multi‑site sync and faster roll‑outs — WGA added Haven In and can now list properties on one, two or all three sites from a single system — lowering the barrier to future acquisitions and scaling.
