Orbit, a debt collection and outsourced services provider, needed a dialler that could handle a complex, high-pressure operation with multiple business partners, different data formats, and strict compliance requirements. As the team managed around 7,200 outbound dials and 700 inbound calls per day, they needed a system that would support both outbound and inbound activity while making data handling and campaign management easier. Orbit said data loading dropped from around 20 minutes to just five minutes, reducing error risk and avoiding downtime that previously could last up to two hours.
