Diners Club, a charge card company, wanted to improve contact centre performance by helping agents make more calls, spend less time wrapping up each call, and gain better reporting and KPI visibility. To achieve this, the company looked for a more effective alternative to the click-to-dial function in Salesforce and worked with Hostcomm to find a hosted dialler solution.
Hostcomm implemented its ContactPro Hosted/Predictive Dialler, a cloud-based system that worked alongside Diners Club’s existing infrastructure and was quick to deploy. The dialler gave managers real-time visibility into agent and campaign activity, improved reporting, and used disposition codes to track outcomes, helping Diners Club increase calls per agent, reduce wait time between calls, and improve contact rates and data management.
