Adeptcore Scales DaaS Solution with INAP Colocation and Custom Dedicated Private Cloud

Adeptcore, founded in 2016 in the Chicagoland area, is a managed IT services provider that launched its Desktop-as-a-Service product, Adeptcloud, in 2018. As word-of-mouth referrals drove rapid adoption, Adeptcore needed an infrastructure strategy to scale capacity, performance and fast provisioning to support more MSP partners and their customers.

Partnering with INAP, Adeptcore deployed a hybrid architecture combining colocation and a custom dedicated private cloud with INAP-managed monitoring and day-to-day support while retaining operational control. The solution delivered scalability and guaranteed uptime, cut routine infrastructure work by an estimated 35–45 hours per week, enabled provisioning within days of new deals, and helped grow Adeptcore from one MSP partner to 65 in the U.S. and three internationally.
