A Honeywell Case Study
Pilatus Aircraft needed to ensure a smooth entry into service for the first production PC-24 delivered to U.S.-based PlaneSense, its launch customer. Honeywell provided the Pilatus Advanced Cockpit Environment (ACE), built on Honeywell’s Primus avionics and cabin pressure control systems, along with support for the new aircraft introduction.
Honeywell’s solution included on-site Field Service Engineer support and avionics system training for Atlas Aircraft Center personnel, helping the team service and prepare the aircraft effectively. The result was a flawless entry into service, with Jack Shields reporting that Honeywell’s products performed flawlessly and that the support met expectations; the case also notes Pilatus has relied on Honeywell Aerospace products for over 50 years.
