Pepsico was forced to replace its legacy access control software when the vendor abruptly declared the product end-of-life, putting security across more than 300 locations and 100,000+ employees at risk. To find a scalable, supported solution that avoided repeated rip-and-replace projects, Pepsico evaluated options and selected Honeywell’s Pro-Watch® access control software.

Honeywell worked with Pepsico and certified integrators to deploy Pro-Watch across the estate, leveraging existing hardware, web-based workstations, remote badging/reporting and Logical Device Exceptions for faster privilege management. The Honeywell solution delivered centralized, scalable security and improved compliance, reduced total cost of ownership, and—critically—Pepsico reported no significant failures in three years following the Pro-Watch migration.
