Muckleshoot Casino, operated by the Muckleshoot Tribe, faced the complex surveillance challenges of a growing casino: high-risk table play, cash-handling areas, continuous foot traffic, aging analog systems, and strict regulatory reporting. To modernize and integrate multiple security systems across its properties, Muckleshoot Casino selected Honeywell’s MAXPRO NVR/ MAXPRO VMS solution.

Honeywell implemented a MAXPRO deployment (MAXPRO VMS 1800-channel system, MAXPRO NVR v5.6 recorders and EquIP Series IP cameras) to upgrade and manage more than 1,100 cameras across two gaming properties, beginning in February 2018. The solution let the team consolidate equipment, manage more cameras per server, maintain legacy systems during rollout, reduce field technician visits via cloud-enabled troubleshooting, improve forensic tracking and reporting, and deliver expected energy and cooling efficiencies—outcomes the Muckleshoot team attributes to Honeywell’s product flexibility and support.
