A Honeywell Case Study
Pro Tork, Latin America’s largest motorcycle parts manufacturer, relies on a Pilatus PC‑12 NG fitted with Honeywell Primus Apex avionics to support executive travel across Brazil. The company’s challenge was preventing costly and disruptive aircraft groundings and removing financial uncertainty from avionics repairs so the aircraft could remain available for roughly 235 flight hours a year—needs addressed through the Honeywell Maintenance Service Plan (MSP) Avionics.
Honeywell implemented its MSP Avionics (delivered locally by authorized dealer Synerjet), providing faster parts supply, predictive maintenance and 24/7 support. The program enabled Honeywell to clear a primary flight display fault and return the aircraft to service in under 24 hours, reduced downtime, delivered predictable maintenance costs, and helped Pro Tork maintain aircraft availability—saving money and protecting sales.
