The connected solution let corporate experts remotely pinpoint a kiln interruption and restore production in hours instead of days, avoiding what would previously have been more than $100,000 in lost production and emergency costs; Honeywell’s approach also improved troubleshooting accuracy, reduced emergency service trips, increased uptime and enabled plant staff to do more with fewer resources.
