Integrated Terminal Management Solution Meets Critical Inventory Control and Safety Requirements

Triton Global Petroleum Limited operates the Clifton Pier Aviation Fuel Terminal in The Bahamas (seven tanks, operational capacity 2,315,900 gallons) and supplies jet fuel to airlines and resellers. Facing inventory uncertainty, custody-transfer ambiguity, traffic management issues and HSSE risks, Triton selected Honeywell for a modular, scalable terminal management solution—seeking integrated density measurement, automated inventory controls and timely operational information.

Honeywell implemented an integrated suite—including Experion PKS DCS, Experion Terminal Manager, Experion eServer, C300 controllers, Honeywell Enraf tank gauging and overfill protection, custody-transfer metering skids, and fire/spill detection—to automate ship receipts, tank inventory, truck loading and alarm handling. The Honeywell system delivered accurate real-time flow and density measurement, reliable stock reconciliation, overfill prevention, improved HSSE and greater operational visibility, enabling safer, higher-throughput terminal operations and a platform for future site rollouts.
