Honeywell Movilizer With NetSuite Integration Provides Hot Toner Australia, An Intelligent Order Management Solution

Hot Toner, a leading Australian online supplier of printer and copier consumables, needed a scalable, low‑maintenance cloud solution to manage increasing order volumes, improve picking accuracy and run on existing hardware — even when internet connectivity was intermittent. Working with Honeywell and leveraging NetSuite/JCurve, Hot Toner adopted the Honeywell Movilizer Warehouse Management System to extend NetSuite’s order workflows into the warehouse.

Honeywell implemented the Movilizer mobile platform integrated with NetSuite to deliver real‑time, cloud‑to‑cloud synchronization to handheld devices while retaining offline operation for large facilities. The Honeywell solution supports NetSuite item configurations, captures supplier barcodes to keep SKUs current, and runs on standard hardware, resulting in fewer training needs, continuous order processing during outages and a reduction in warehouse picking errors to less than 0.1%.
