A Honeywell Case Study
Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship (OCBF) in Dallas, Texas — a multi-building campus founded by Dr. Tony Evans — needed to modernize a patchwork of aging analog security systems that had become unmanageable after decades of piecemeal upgrades. Working with integrator Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, the church sought an IP-based, unified solution and selected Honeywell products (including HD4DIP IP cameras, Enterprise NVR/Enterprise digital recording system, Pro-Watch® Security Management System, and VISTA-128) to provide scalable, centralized video, access control, and intrusion management.
Honeywell’s IP cameras and Enterprise recording/management platform were deployed across worship, education, fellowship, outreach and family care buildings and tied into a 15-monitor command center, giving OCBF a single place to view and control surveillance, access and alarms. The Honeywell solution let the church keep existing analog cameras for cost savings, made security staff more efficient, and produced immediate results — staff captured and downloaded video of a food-pantry break‑in within a week — while providing a flexible system that can expand as campus needs grow.
