Dexus, owner of Sydney’s Gateway Building, needed to upgrade building security and visitor access without disrupting tenants or diminishing the visitor experience. They engaged Honeywell as systems integrator to implement cutting‑edge, cardless and touchless entry technologies, using Honeywell Enterprise Buildings Integrator (EBI) and the Honeywell Vector Occupant App alongside biometric and visitor management systems.

Honeywell delivered a staged integration of SINE visitor kiosks, Idemia biometrics, Schindler Port lift destination control, QR‑code and Bluetooth access, and centralized management via EBI, enabling automated, touchless entry workflows. The solution automated temporary QR credentials removal, allowed single‑email visitor access, eliminated concierge calls and reduced wait times and touchpoints, giving Dexus a measurable improvement in security, convenience and tenant experience.
