Roger’s Security Systems Inc., using Honeywell’s MAXPRO Cloud, migrated Dove Capital’s video to a hybrid local/cloud model so managers can view, save and share footage from computers and mobile devices, reduce chain-of-custody complexity, and receive proactive alerts when cameras or systems go down. The Honeywell solution sped incident resolution (for example, verifying a contractor’s failure to remove snow), streamlined evidence sharing with law enforcement and attorneys, and improved operational efficiency through scalable backup and easier footage retrieval.
