Paramount Citrus, part of Roll Global and the grower behind the Wonderful Halos® mandarins, faced a surge in volume after nationwide expansion and new acreage that exceeded the capacity of its legacy manual palletizing. Processing up to 15 million pounds of fruit per week required a new end-of-line approach to meet throughput, flexibility for multiple package types, and scalability for future growth.

Intelligrated delivered a custom end-of-line solution centered on Alvey® 910 palletizers and Accuglide® conveyors, adapting manual-style nested cases for automated handling, training operators, and completing testing ahead of schedule. The system achieved 40–50 cases per minute, raised line productivity by 15%, met or exceeded all performance benchmarks, and is scalable to add additional lines as production grows.
