vanHaren, a Dutch footwear retailer with 144 stores in the Netherlands and 5 in Belgium, needed a simpler, more actionable way to gather customer feedback after its previous solution proved counterintuitive and hard to use. They chose Honestly’s tailor-made customer feedback software for its user-friendliness, flexibility and ability to integrate with vanHaren’s checkout environment and reporting requirements.

Honestly implemented a customized system that uses QR codes/URL surveys on checkout flyers and pushes weekly, store-level reports directly into each checkout, with roughly 200 vanHaren employees using the platform.
