Employee Surveys Facilitate More Efficient Communication and Cooperation at ROM AG

ROM AG, an international furniture manufacturer with roughly 1,000 employees, needed a fast, multilingual and easy-to-use way to bring employee surveys into its corporate culture and improve internal communication across multiple sites. Chief Human Resources Officer Paul Kittel selected Honestly’s employee survey/pulse survey software to address these challenges because it offered predefined and customizable questionnaires, simple setup and anonymous feedback.

Honestly’s solution was implemented in under 24 hours and delivered immediate insights: site-wide participation averaged about 75–80% (management surveys topped 90%), with roughly 50% of respondents providing open feedback. ROM AG used the data to run workshops, take concrete measures, boost internal cooperation, increase employee referrals (generating more unsolicited applications) and reduce recruiting costs. Honestly’s multilingual, user-friendly pulse surveys thus produced rapid, measurable engagement and actionable results.
