Case Study: Kapten & Son achieves continuous employee engagement and actionable insights with Honestly

A Honestly Case Study

Preview of the Kapten & Son Case Study

Always Up to Date With Honestly's Pulse Survey

Kapten & Son, a fast-growing German fashion and lifestyle company founded in 2014 that sells watches, backpacks and sunglasses worldwide, faced the challenge of keeping in touch with and measuring engagement across a rapidly increasing workforce (they hired 20 new employees in 2018 and now have more than 70 employees across offices). To complement quarterly one-on-one meetings and capture honest, anonymous feedback, Kapten & Son selected Honestly and implemented Honestly’s Pulse Survey (Pulse concept) to monitor engagement and track trends.

Honestly’s preconfigured Pulse Survey was set up in about one week and runs automated, customizable surveys (including eNPS) that provide continuous insights. Within weeks Kapten & Son gathered actionable information and, after nine months of running the pulse, identified issues such as office noise and began measures like negotiating additional premises; overall the tool enabled faster, verifiable feedback, improved transparency with employees, and met Kapten & Son’s expectations — they report high satisfaction with Honestly’s product and support.
