CleverShuttle, a fast-growing zero-emission urban transport provider that expanded from a founding team of three to 170 employees, needed better reporting and analytics from its employee survey tool. Project Manager HR Jerome Neuhaus evaluated alternatives and chose Honestly’s Pulse Survey after a trial month to get regular, mobile-friendly feedback and more detailed reporting.

Honestly implemented monthly (and optionally weekly) Pulse Surveys plus targeted focus surveys — about 15 questions answered on a 1–10 scale with customizable dashboards and filters. With an 80% participation rate, Honestly’s reporting revealed an unexpected gender satisfaction gap; management ran focused meetings and actions that brought female employee satisfaction up to parity or beyond in many areas.
