Georgia’s Own Credit Union, a $4.3B credit union with 700+ employees, needed a way to upskill frontline staff and leaders with engaging, consistent training—beyond traditional webinars and videos. They partnered with Hone, using Hone Membership to deliver live, interactive classes so employees could ask questions in real time, practice skills, and access the same learning across the organization.

Hone delivered a library of 100+ instructor-led, 60-minute live classes (including Masterclasses), gamified learner journeys, and platform analytics to track progress. The partnership drove measurable results: 1,000+ classes attended in six months, 93% of learners report feeling motivated and able to apply what they learned, learners are 3x more likely to take another class, and the program improved morale, retention, and company culture.
