PTC, a Boston-based software company with 6,000+ employees across 90 locations, needed a scalable leadership development solution to support managers’ career progression across time zones and departments. After finding their rotational program left gaps for mid‑career growth and that their L&D team couldn’t pilot all requests, PTC selected Hone’s leadership training—Manager Core 101 plus a suite of Private Electives—to align with company strategy and provide administrator support.

Hone delivered customizable, small‑group live classes through its all‑in‑one platform (scheduling, messaging, record‑keeping, and data insights), working closely with PTC to tailor content and ease administration. Since October 2021 Hone has run programs for 473 participants at PTC, achieving a 4.6/5 program rating, 100% of participants saying sessions were a good use of time, and a +66 NPS versus the L&D industry average of -8, while enabling scalable, measurable leadership upskilling across PTC’s global teams.
