Global Education Technology Company - Customer Case Study

Global Education Technology Company partnered with Hone to strengthen manager effectiveness across its 1,400+ employee organization. The client engaged Hone’s Manager Essentials program (pilot in 2019, expanded rollout in 2020) to boost coaching, trust-building, delegation and feedback skills while integrating DE&I and tailoring content for different leadership levels.

Hone delivered customized Level 1 and Level 2 Manager Essentials sessions, aligned case studies and DE&I content, and used a pre-and-post 180 assessment to measure change. Across three phases 166 managers graduated; 95% of participants reported positive changes, 58% of direct reports observed improvements (and every participant was noted by at least one direct report), 88% showed significant improvement in at least one behavior and 50% improved in three behaviors. Managers and direct reports cited clearer feedback, better delegation, more inclusive practices and improved listening—demonstrating Hone’s measurable impact.
