They partnered with Hone, adopting Hone Membership’s live, instructor-led classes and group coaching to replace asynchronous eLearning and create a core curriculum for managers and development pathways for all employees.

Hone delivered research-backed, live online classes, group coaching, and Learning Guides led by expert facilitators, integrated with HealthVerity’s Individual Development Plans. The program rolled out to the 200-person team and produced measurable engagement: a 4.6/5 average class rating, 2,000+ total learning hours and 75+ unique classes attended, while elevating manager performance, deepening learner engagement, and giving employees unlimited access to 100+ Hone classes.
