ConnectRN - Customer Case Study

ConnectRN, a fast-growing, tech-enabled clinician network headquartered in Waltham, MA, faced a wave of newly promoted managers who needed rapid, practical leadership training. To address this, ConnectRN engaged Hone’s Manager Bootcamp 101 (launched November 2021) to deliver scalable, live-facilitated management development and trackable learning for their teams.

Hone provided small-group, instructor-led sessions (Coaching I; Build High Trust Relationships; Give Feedback That Lands; Lead Highly-Effective 1:1s) plus a membership for ongoing learning and participation tracking. The program served 58 participants, earned a 4.7/5 overall rating, had 100% of attendees say the sessions were a good use of time, produced reported leadership improvements for 83% of direct reports, and delivered a +67 NPS versus the L&D industry average of -8—results that have led ConnectRN to continue partnering with Hone.
