Arkatechture, an information-technology company founded in 2012, faced a surge of first-time managers who were “learning as they go” and lacked consistent leadership practices. To unify manager skills and provide flexible, ongoing development, Arkatechture selected Hone’s Manager Bootcamp 101 and its post-program Hone Membership to deliver tailored, remote management training that fit their fast-growing, distributed team.

Hone delivered a virtual Manager Bootcamp 101 followed by access to Hone Membership’s 20+ live monthly classes, reinforcing core skills and enabling continued upskilling. The program (17 participants since July 2021) earned a 4.6/5 overall rating, 100% of participants agreed sessions were a good use of time, and 71% of direct reports reported significant improvement in their managers; Arkatechture now requires managers to take at least one Hone class per quarter and reports clear, immediate ROI in manager–report conversations.
