Alloy - Customer Case Study

Alloy, an identity verification platform based in New York, needed scalable, tailored leadership development for first-time managers while operating with a one-person L&D team. They partnered with Hone to run a customized version of Hone’s Manager Core 101—branded internally as AlloyLead—to define what it means to be a manager at Alloy, build consistent leadership language, and create bonding opportunities across newly formed teams.

Hone delivered small-group, customized workshops (Coaching I; Motivate Anyone; Collaborate; Give Feedback) and handled backend administration, data collection, and ongoing support so Alloy’s lean L&D function could “set it and forget it.” Since April 2022 Hone trained 35 participants, achieving a 4.6/5 program rating, 100% agreement that sessions were a good use of time, and a +50 NPS (versus an industry average of −8); participants adopted Hone’s tools and language, reported stronger peer networks, and reduced managerial isolation.
