Airtable, the cloud-based relational-database software company, needed a scalable leadership program during a rapid growth phase to give new managers a consistent foundation in delegation, coaching, and prioritization. They chose Hone’s Mastering Management program to quickly implement tailored management development without building and delivering training internally.

Hone delivered a hybrid, cohort-based program customized to Airtable’s coaching model, removing administrative burden, providing on-demand resources and memberships, and enabling global scalability. The program reached 52 participants and produced strong results: a 4.8/5 overall rating, 100% of participants agreeing sessions were a good use of time, and a +66 NPS, while improving manager confidence, peer connections, and L&D team capacity.
