Case Study: Reboot UK achieves digital inclusion and client empowerment with Homeless Link

A Homeless Link Case Study

Preview of the Reboot UK Case Study

Reboot UK - Customer Case Study

Reboot UK is a digital inclusion project led by Homeless Link (in partnership with Good Things Foundation and Mind) that tackles the challenge of people experiencing homelessness being excluded from online opportunities. Faced with low digital skills and limited access, Reboot UK focuses on embedding digital support into homelessness services rather than relying on classroom-style teaching.

Homeless Link’s Reboot UK model uses peer mentoring, co‑production and everyday service interactions as learning opportunities, and is rolling out good-practice approaches with a network of eight partners (Evolve Housing + Support, Elim Connect, Foxton Centre, CoLab Exeter, Inspiring Change Manchester, Seaview Project, Connection at St Martin’s and St Mungo’s). The initiative has boosted digital literacy, confidence, independence and wellbeing for people experiencing homelessness, giving them greater choice and control over their lives.
