Amadeus, the global travel technology company, wanted to drive a collective shift in mindset across its 16,000 employees in 120 countries and bring everyone together around one consistent, global way of working. Rather than launch a traditional campaign, Amadeus needed a sustainable internal communication platform that would help people understand the change and make it part of everyday behavior.
Home created “The Amadeus Way” as a simple, people-led engagement programme built around six guiding questions, supported by workshops, manager guides, digital nudges, and an employee journal. The work was designed to spark conversation and collaboration across the business, and early results showed the questions already appearing spontaneously in everyday conversations, indicating growing employee ownership and momentum for behavior change.
