Aggreko, the global leader in power and temperature control rental, needed help communicating its evolved strategy around the four global trends it calls the 4Ds: decarbonisation, decentralisation, digitisation and demographic change. The challenge was to distill a complex story into something simple, clear and inspiring for employees working across around 200 locations, many of whom are rarely behind a desk.
Home developed a clear narrative and key messages, a simple visual model, a responsive mobile-optimised website with interactive content, videos and a quiz, plus supporting leadership coaching and translated content in six languages. The launch helped employees understand how their everyday actions link to the strategy, with strong engagement results including 58 countries participating, 91% of employees scoring top marks in aligning their choices to the 4D strategy, and 18k site views so far.
