GSK, the global healthcare company, needed a new way to help employees understand and engage with a major shift in priorities under a new CEO. GSK partnered with Home to create a fresh employee engagement approach that would connect people to the new goal, encourage feedback, and build shared ownership across the business.

Home delivered “Let’s talk,” a simple, evolving culture-shift programme built around open conversations, face-to-face communication, Yammer, and new internal comms materials. The campaign reached 92k employees on day one, generated 50k social conversations, attracted 35k #Letstalk users, and helped 87% of employees say they were proud to work for GSK.
