Changing culture at Edwards

Edwards, a global manufacturer of high-technology vacuum products and exhaust management equipment, needed to transform its business culture after moving away from top-down decision-making. To make this shift work across 4,200 employees worldwide, Home was brought in to help create a more empowered, valued, and motivated workforce.

Home developed the “People Like Us” programme, including new behavioural competencies, bold creative communications, and an Edwards-owned ambassador cascade with train-the-trainer support, toolkit materials, and an interactive microsite. The campaign resonated strongly with employees, helped drive culture change across the business, and was recognised externally when Edwards won the Employer Brand Management Award for Best employer brand from the engineering & manufacturing sector.
