Northwell Health, the largest private healthcare provider in New York state, needed an employee value proposition that could help it attract and retain exceptional people for demanding, high-emotion roles. To build a culture worth celebrating and strengthen its employer brand, Northwell partnered with Home to create a compelling EVP and internal communications platform.
Home developed the “Made for this” employee promise by running 74 workshops with 2,000 employees, then launching it through a major creative campaign, leader rally, training, and embedded brand touchpoints across the organization. The impact was strong: employee engagement rose 17%, cost-per-hire dropped 37%, media-attributed hires increased 31%, and Northwell reached 13th place on Fortune’s 2018 Best Companies to Work for in Health Care and Biopharma list.
