Case Study: Turner achieves faster project coordination and dispute resolution with HoloBuilder

Turner International, the Malaysia-based regional arm of Turner, needed a better way to manage construction progress, reduce delays, and keep teams aligned during COVID-19 restrictions while also positioning itself as a technology leader. To address the limits of traditional site visits and 2D photo documentation, Turner adopted HoloBuilder’s 360° photo capture platform.

Using HoloBuilder, Turner captured weekly 360° site photos and compared them with BIM models and historical images to resolve design clashes, validate site conditions, coordinate contractors, and keep clients informed remotely. The solution helped Turner cut dispute resolution time by up to three days, improve transparency and collaboration, and give stakeholders real-time access to progress updates and view-only project documentation.
