Skanska, one of the world’s leading construction companies, was building The Charter Seattle hotel and needed a better way to document rapidly changing site conditions, especially in-slab deck conditions before concrete pours. With stakeholders spread across multiple locations, the team struggled with managing large volumes of unlabeled photos and capturing key details like PT cables, HVAC, plumbing, electrical sleeves, and rebar within a limited inspection window.

Using HoloBuilder’s JobWalk app and a 360° camera, Skanska’s project engineers captured 360° photo documentation during each pour cycle and uploaded it within a one-hour site walk.
