GroupM Indonesia, part of the global media investment management group GroupM, needed a better way to track and report on complex digital advertising campaigns for a major client. The team was relying on manual spreadsheet reporting, which was slow, error-prone, and made it hard to provide timely updates on ad performance across multiple platforms.

Using Holistics, GroupM built white-label, live dashboards for Project Symphony and connected data from sources like Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google AdWords, and Sizmek/Xaxis. The solution gave the client near real-time access to reports, reduced manual work and errors, improved reporting quality and speed, and helped GroupM deliver a more engaging client experience with five dashboards tailored to different objectives.
