Airfrov, a peer-to-peer marketplace for overseas products in Indonesia and Singapore, needed a faster way to understand user demand, spot trending items, and reduce negative experiences like cancellations and failed fulfillments. Before using Holistics, teams had to rely on programmers to pull data from MySQL, which could take hours and limited how often marketing, operations, product, and UX teams could make decisions.

With Holistics’s self-service BI platform, Airfrov gave teams real-time access to dashboards, scheduled reports, and key metrics like requests, sign-up rates, cancellations, GMV, and search trends. The result was much faster decision-making, with data extraction dropping from about three hours to less than 10 minutes, and around 90% of marketers using data regularly. Holistics also helped Airfrov identify trending products earlier, improve feature testing, and make more informed marketing and business development choices.
