Fave implemented Holistics, connecting its AWS data warehouse, PostgreSQL database, and a replica of its production database to provide real-time analytics and reporting. With Holistics, around 70% of Fave’s 200+ employees gained access to self-serve dashboards and scheduled reports, helping teams monitor merchant onboarding, platform transitions, hourly sales, and marketing performance. The result was a single source of truth, faster decision-making, and better operational visibility, with management receiving hourly updates and business teams able to act on insights without relying on the BI team for every request.
