RedDoorz, a value hotel chain with more than 500 properties across Southeast Asia, needed a better way to manage the growing volume of operational and business data behind pricing, property performance, marketing, sales, and customer feedback. Before using Holistics, its analytics work was highly manual, with one-person data workflows built in Python or R, taking up to a week for complex pipelines and as long as 15 days to prepare and send scheduled reports.
Using Holistics, RedDoorz automated data imports, transformations, and scheduled reporting, including daily property reports to more than 200 partners and KPI dashboards for sales, profitability, marketing spend, and other metrics. The company built a centralized summary table and made data available to about 150 users across four locations, reducing report creation from days to minutes and cutting human error while enabling faster, more independent access to business insights.
