Case Study: Safestyle brings emotive TV advertising back to screens with Holdens

A Holdens Case Study

Safestyle gets back on TV on time and on budget with Holdens

Safestyle, a UK-based window and door retailer, challenged the vendor Holdens to create a new TV advertising campaign. Their goal was to move away from traditional offer-driven ads and instead develop more emotive, benefits-led messaging that would get their brand back on television, consigning their previous 'BOGOF' character to history.

Holdens developed a creative concept centered on a character called Mr Window Pain, personifying the problems caused by poor quality windows. The vendor managed the entire production process from casting to filming and post-production. The resulting campaign was delivered on time and on budget, far exceeding Safestyle's expectations and successfully marking their return to TV advertising as the UK's biggest window and door company.
