A Holdens Case Study
Keepmoat Homes, a major UK housebuilder, faced the challenge of promoting its new 800-home NorthBridge development in an area not traditionally chosen by its target audience. To raise brand awareness, drive viewings, and change perceptions, they partnered with vendor Holdens to create a user-friendly virtual reality (VR) app that would bring the entire neighbourhood to life.
Holdens developed a bespoke VR app with a creative "Light the way" theme, featuring photo-realistic 360 CGI renders of the homes and an intuitive gaze-controlled interface. They also created an augmented reality (AR) version for global accessibility. While the public VR launch was delayed due to the pandemic, the solution successfully provided Keepmoat with a powerful tool to showcase the development's amenities and drive interest, with the AR app ensuring promotion could continue remotely.
