Holdapp developed a language learning app solution for Direct Language Lab, a Polish publishing house specializing in foreign language coursebooks. The customer's challenge was to make learning easier by providing digital access to multiple coursebooks and tracking student progress within a mobile application, requiring exceptionally clear content presentation and navigation.

The solution involved developing native iOS and Android apps that allowed users to unlock digital versions of their paper books via QR code, track progress, and access categorized vocabulary, translations, and audio. Holdapp's work was praised for its high quality, pleasing both internal and external stakeholders, and the app later won a Mobile Trends Award in 2021 in the EVERYDAY LIFE category.
