Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore elevates aviation career awareness with HOL across 6 gallery zones

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) partnered with HOL to address the challenge of raising awareness about the diverse career opportunities within the broader aviation industry. Many young Singaporeans were only familiar with airline jobs like pilots and flight attendants, making them less likely to consider careers in other vital sectors such as maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO). CAAS needed to create an engaging experience to inspire future talent and instill public pride in Singapore's aviation achievements.

HOL designed and implemented an immersive, high-tech experience for the Singapore Aviation Gallery. The solution used a familiar flight journey narrative across six themed zones, incorporating interactive exhibits, life-sized aircraft component models, and occupation-themed mementos. This strategy successfully educated visitors on the industry's vast opportunities and crucial role, providing CAAS with valuable data on occupational preferences. The gallery served as a cornerstone for public education and talent attraction, instilling pride and inspiring the next generation of aviation professionals.
