HOK designed a 750,000-square-foot LEED Gold-certified headquarters featuring flexible workspaces, rich amenities like a food hall and daycare, and a focus on wellness and biophilic design. The solution emphasized movement and innovation, anchored by a central circular stairwell. The result is a transformative workplace for 3,000 employees that achieved significant recognition, including a 2022 IIDA Georgia award for best corporate project.
