Case Study: Boston Consulting Group creates a hybrid headquarters that earns the commute with HOK

A HOK Case Study

Boston Consulting Group creates a 100,000 sq. ft. hybrid headquarters with HOK

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) sought to reimagine its Canadian headquarters to support a new hybrid work model and provide a compelling reason for its staff to return to the office. The challenge was to create a space that promoted socialization and seamless collaboration for both in-person and remote employees. HOK was engaged to provide interior design and experience design services to address this need.

HOK designed a 100,000-square-foot space spanning three floors, featuring a central atrium and a variety of flexible work settings. The solution included convertible office suites, dedicated case team rooms, and wellness-focused amenities, all integrated with robust technology for hybrid collaboration. The new headquarters earned multiple design awards and successfully created an environment that encourages interaction, creativity, and well-being, thereby earning the commute for BCG's people.
