Hogan Assessments built a predictive personality profile to forecast present and future performance, highlighting candidates who stayed composed under pressure, remained optimistic, and balanced following procedures with independent action. The profile correlated strongly with supervisors’ performance ratings, and moderate- and high-fit candidates were 5.2 times more likely to be rated as high performers in the company’s leadership development programs.
