Global Hospitality, Casino and Resorts Services Provider partnered with Hodges-Mace to improve employee benefits enrollment across its hospitality, resort, and casino properties. With 6,000 full-time and 1,000 part-time employees, the company needed a better way to educate employees on their benefit options, increase participation, and improve satisfaction.

Hodges-Mace implemented a multi-year benefits program that included custom communications, one-on-one benefits counseling, SmartBen Concierge for new hires, SmartBen Essentials enrollment technology, a Benefits Café with on-site counselors, and dependent eligibility verification. The results were strong: in Year 1, 97% of employees enrolled, 95% felt better educated, and 79% had a greater appreciation for their benefits; in Year 2, 1,000 employees enrolled via the Benefits Café, 98% felt better educated, and 99% said the counselor helped them understand their options.
