Global HR outsourcer equips workforce with TimeControlOnline, giving employees anywhere, anytime timesheet service

Pontoon, the global HR outsourcer and subsidiary of the Adecco Group, needed a better way to track employee and project hours across a highly variable, worldwide workforce. After evaluating several options, the company chose HMS Software’s TimeControlOnline to make timesheet entry easier for employees and simplify client approval of billable time.

HMS Software implemented TimeControlOnline as a hosted timesheet service with customizable timesheets, mobile access, multilingual support, SharePoint access, and streamlined external approvals via email links. The rollout took about eight weeks, and Pontoon said the system improved usability, scalability, reporting, and support while helping activate licenses in as little as five minutes and reducing the burden on internal teams and clients.
