The company turned to HMS Software’s TimeControl to better track crew-based field time, materials, equipment, and production data while integrating with Primavera P6 and JD Edwards.

HMS Software implemented TimeControl on Aegion’s internal server with tight links to Primavera P6, JD Edwards, and the corporate data warehouse, enabling superintendents, engineers, and project managers to capture and approve time more accurately at the source. The result was a major productivity gain, with Aegion reporting a 100% improvement in timekeeping efficiency, less manual effort, better visibility into delays and job costing, fewer errors, and stronger project performance overall.
