EIT Health’s offers participants all the advantages of its online community

EIT Health, a European healthcare innovation network that connects business, research, education and healthcare delivery to support startups and innovators, needed to centralize its mentoring program and community to improve member experience and enable payments that its previous platform couldn’t handle. EIT Health partnered with Hivebrite and selected Hivebrite’s Mentoring Module to bring the EIT Health Innovators Community (over 3,000 members) and the mentoring program onto a single platform.

Using Hivebrite’s Mentoring Module with back‑office tracking and Stripe integration, Hivebrite enabled application-based mentor matching from 130 mentors, admin notifications, and on-platform payment processing. In seven months the solution produced over 30 mentorship pairings, added 260 new community members and drove a 40% increase in engagement, while streamlining matching and administrative workflows for EIT Health.
